Sharing Love 

Welcome to our Horse Tales page, where we share inspiring stories of horse rescue and rehabilitation at 1 Hope in Parker, Colorado. Learn about our mission to provide a second chance for horses and how they, in turn, help others through therapeutic riding and partnerships with other non-profits or other Therapy Centers after going through our training program. 

Second Chances

Since 2022, we have been partnering with Rod and Staff Ranch in Wyoming. We take horsss to love the youth group who visits. About 60 youth each summer help the local community with much needed projects while on these retreats!

Our horses also meet with women on their retreats who are coming out of exploitation. Some of our horses who went through our training program now reside with this amazing ranch team to enjoy sharing love with many guests who visit. If you would like to volunteer please reach out. 

Partners in Purpose

Our horses not only contribute to our programs but also support other non-profits. Some have found meaningful roles at other therapeutic riding centers, extending their impact and helping even more individuals in need. Together, we're creating a community of care and compassion.

Healing Hooves

Many of our rescued horses must go through training to regain trust. They have made great progress and now serve in adaptive riding settings at several other PATH therapeutic centers in Colorado.
